Overview
This Refund Policy applies to subscription purchases on ResaleVision (resalevision.app, resale-vision.vercel.app), operated by MitraSpec LLC.
How subscriptions work
ResaleVision subscriptions (Pro at $9.99/month, Pro+ at $14.99/month) auto-renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account portal or by contacting us.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription stops renewing.
- You retain paid-tier access through the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again.
Standard refund policy
Because subscriptions are short (one month at a time) and the cancellation flow stops the next renewal immediately, we do not generally issue partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period. You keep access through the period you have already paid for.
Exception: 7-day satisfaction window for new subscribers
If you subscribe for the first time and find the Service is not a good fit, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund of that payment, no questions asked.
This applies once per customer. Subsequent renewals and tier upgrades are not eligible for the 7-day window.
Exception: technical issues
If a defect or outage on our side prevented you from using the Service for a meaningful portion of a billing period, contact us and we will issue a fair refund or service credit.
Exception: unauthorized charges
If you believe your card was charged without your authorization, contact us immediately and we will investigate. You also have the right to dispute the charge with your card issuer.
How to request a refund
Email dan@mitraspec.com with:
- The email address on your ResaleVision account
- The date of the charge you would like refunded
- A brief description of the reason (optional but appreciated)
We will respond within 3 business days and process eligible refunds within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer-protection right you may have under applicable local law (for example, EU consumer rights for digital products, or chargeback rights under your card network’s rules).
