Common questions
+What counts as a scan?
One photo through Quick or Deep Scan. A single photo may detect multiple items at once — that still counts as one scan, not one per item.
+What's the difference between Quick and Deep Scan?
Quick Scan (cheaper) handles fast lookups while you're browsing. Deep Scan uses a higher-accuracy model for valuables, designer pieces, and dense scenes — also where platform recommendations come from.
+Can I switch tiers or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account. Cancellations stop the next renewal — you keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period.
+Do you offer a free trial?
Free tier IS the trial — 10 signup-bonus scans plus 5 each month, no card required. Upgrade when the workflow starts paying for itself.
